We're looking for two talented and ambitious individuals to join our team. We are working on a revolutionary video-dating app idea which has strong potential to grow rapidly and compete with the largest names (Bumble, Hinge, Tinder, etc.) one day. Our team (of two) so far consists of business backgrounds in finance and consulting, and we're looking to add two technical people to begin working on the idea alongside us (computer science, software engineering or programming background) -- you would need to have programming experience, preferably with iOS apps. Since this app requires both front-end and back-end work, we are looking for two individuals who can focus on each side.
Compensation for this role will primarily be equity. We're not just looking to compensate somebody for "a job" of building this app -- we'd ideally like you to partner with us for the long-term, be passionate about the idea; and having skin in the game is the best motivator. Yes, we recognize this will require several hours, midnights, weekends, but these would pay themselves in a heartbeat if our idea gains traction (which we have strong conviction for).
A lot of initial brainstorming, market research, insights analysis, prototype design/functionality, branding/marketing strategy, go-to-market/launch strategy, growth and monetization strategy work has already been done by us -- all we need is a technical team to execute on this.
As we currently are balancing full-time jobs as well, this has been the main side project for us but we want to dedicate a significant amount of time going forward -- you may also have a separate full-time job, which is totally fine, but we would expect you to dedicate a meaningful amount of time here as well.
